Just by following these steps you can successfully review a failed transaction 
Step 1: Start by clicking on Payments in the dashboard menu. This will take you to the payments page.
What You Can Do:
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">On this page, you can't create or edit payments, but you can:</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Filter Payments: Use the first button on the left to see payments that are either verified or unverified.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Search Payments: Look for a specific payment by using the reference number.</li>
</ul>
Step 2: If there's a problem with a payment, like a failed transaction, you can:
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Find the payment by its reference number.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Click the &ldquo;Review Transaction&rdquo; button to check it out / review the issue.</li>
</ul>
If your review fixes the issue, the votes for the candidate will be added automatically, and the status will change to verified.&nbsp;
How to view a payment details
Click on any payment to see more information, like the time, amount, candidates involved, and the transaction status.
